Maude Gascoigne

Maude was born in 1483 in Gawthorpe, Yorkshire, England.¹ Maude's father was William XI Gascoigne and her mother was Margaret (Margery) Percy. Her paternal grandparents were William XI Gascoigne and Joan Neville. She had three brothers and eight sisters, named William XII, John, Thomas, Margaret, Agnes, Dorothy, Elinor, Anne, Joan, Elizabeth and Elizabeth. She was the second youngest of the twelve children.
