Frank, known as Frank, was born in 1897 in Tazewell Co., IL.. Frank's father was Amos Garth NORMAN Sr. and his mother was Estella Emma GOERVEY. His paternal grandparents were Simeon NORMAN and Sarah A. NICKOLS. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Art, Amos Garth, Lawrence S., Burl F., Merle G., James L., Jennie O., Audrey E., Altie V., Alice M., Carrie E. and Clare. He was the fourth youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 21 in 1918 in U.S. Naval Air Service. He was buried in Mt. Hope Cem., Tremont, Tazewell Co., IL..General Notes

Buried next to Francis is a Audrey E. Russell. This may be his wife, but I find no definite proof. Needs research.
