William "Frank" Foster 
William "Frank" was born on October 24th, 1898 in Ozark Co., MO, US.1 William "Frank"'s father was John Humble Foster and his mother was Sarah Jane Mahan. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Virden Foster and Sally Ann "Sally " Sanders. He had four brothers and five sisters, named James Everett, Clarence Allen, Clifford Lee, Earnie Alford, Nova Jane, Nora Ann, Neva Ida, Nina May and Nella J. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 66 on February 5th, 1965 in Coweta, Wagoner County OK. He was buried in February 1965 in Vernon Cemetery, Coweta OK.-
