Virgil Delmar Foster 
Virgil Delmar was born on June 17th, 1909 in Kentucky.1 Virgil Delmar's father was Dallas Warren Foster and his mother was Lula A Foster. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin Foster and Martha Jane Hoagland. He had a brother and three sisters, named Franklin, Lela M, Ethel and Dasie L. He was the youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 71 in May 1981 in Shepherdsville, Bullitt, Kentucky, United States.1 -
