Richard Foster 
Richard was born in 1723 in Gloucester County, Virginia.1 Richard's father was John Foster and his mother was Ruth Hoskins. His paternal grandparents were James Richard Foster and Susannah (Susan, Anne) Garnett. He had five brothers named Robert, Joseph, Ambrose, James and John. He died at the age of 72 in 1795 in Surry, Virginia.2 -
