Jessie(Thomas) R was born in August 1867 in Kentucky, United States. Jessie(Thomas) R's father was Benjamin Franklin Foster and his mother was Martha Jane Hoagland. His paternal grandparents were James H. Foster and Nancy Monteith Jones. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Dallas Warren, Augustine Garrow, James O, Rhoda F, Edna M and Alice M. He was the second oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 101 on November 22nd, 1968 in Kentucky.-
