Jessie R was born about 1926.1 Jessie R's father was Samuel Roy Foster and his mother was Pearl Belle Smith. His paternal grandparents were Samuel T Foster and Sarah Jennifer Allen. He had two brothers and two sisters, named William Taylor, Eugene Calvin, Margie S and Helen Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the five children.-
