Henry Grant was born on January 25th, 1810 in Caswell, North Carolina, United States.1 Henry Grant's father was Robert F Foster and his mother was Elizabeth Grant. His paternal grandparents were John Foster and Nancy Perkins. He had four brothers and four sisters, named George W, Milton H, Robert G, Dr David Walker, Mary Ann, Nancy Disken, Matilda S and Martha E. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 43 on September 9th, 1853 in Mississippi, United States.-
