Frances Victoria Foster 
Frances Victoria was born on April 13th, 1888 in North Carolina.1 Frances Victoria's father was William Dennis "Denny" Foster and her mother was Margaret Ann Veach. Her paternal grandparents were James M Foster and Ann Torrentine. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Denny Columbus, George Alfred, Mary Elizabeth, Effie J., Maggie Z., Docio and Sarah "Sallie" A. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 47 on June 6th, 1935 in Cooleemee, Davie, North Carolina.2 -
