Winton E. Evans 
Winton E. was born on March 12th, 1902 in Bledsoe Co, TN. Winton E.'s father was Edward Evans and his mother was Margaret Lou Simmons. His maternal grandparents were Rev. Simon Dillard Simmons and Mary Lucinda Lawson. He had six brothers and a sister, named Robert S., Lewis A., John Austin, James E., Isome Clinton, Howard and Lora A.. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 48 on July 5th, 1950. He was buried in Blackburn Cemetery, Bledsoe Co, TN.General Notes
