Margaret De Berkeley 
Margaret was born in 1547 in Bruton, Somerset, England. Margaret's father was Sir Maurice de Berkeley and her mother was Catherine Blount. Her paternal grandparents were Richard de Berkeley and Elizabeth Coningsby. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Sir Henry, Edward, Maurice, Robert, John, Francis, Gertrude, Elizabeth, Frances and Anne. She was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.-
