Elizabeth Crichton 
Elizabeth was born about 1472 in Sanquhar Castle, Dumfrieshire, Scotland. Elizabeth's father was 6th Laird of Sanquhar Sir Robert Crichton and her mother was Marion Stuart. Her maternal grandparents were Lord of Lorn John Mourach Stuart and Florence MacDonald. She had a brother and two sisters, named 7th Laird of Sanquhar Sir Robert, Marion and Margaret. She was the second youngest of the four children. She died on July 6th, 1524 in Ardross, Fifeshire, Scotland.-
