Matilda Or Maud Cotton

Matilda Or Maud was born in 1488 in Hamstall-Ridware, Stafford, England. Matilda Or Maud's father was Richard Cotton and her mother was Jane Or Joan Brereton. Her paternal grandparents were John Cotton and Mary Poole. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Richard, Thomas, Catherine, Eleonor and Isabella. She was the third oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 63 in 1551.
