Toliver Collins 
Toliver was born in September 1869. Toliver's father was William T. Collins and his mother was Martha Ann Simmons. His maternal grandparents were Zachariah Thomas Simmons and Mary Louisa Dodson. He had two brothers and a sister, named Henry, William and Louisa. He was the second youngest of the four children.General Notes
