William Colclough 
William was born on July 2nd, 1716 in St. Paul's Parish, Stafford County, Virginia.1 William's father was Benjamin Colclough and his mother was Rachel Bolling. His paternal grandparents were John Colclough and Mary Rivett. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named Alexander, Robert, Hester, Margaret, Jane, Mary, Rachel, Sarah and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 66 in June 1783 in Warren Co. North Carolina.-
