Alexander Colclough

Alexander was born on July 2nd, 1717.¹ Alexander's father was Benjamin Colclough and his mother was Rachel Bolling. His paternal grandparents were John Colclough and Mary Rivett. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named William, Robert, Hester, Margaret, Jane, Mary, Rachel, Sarah and Elizabeth. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children.
