Frank Bell Cloud 
Frank Bell was born on April 1st, 1873 in Okolona, Clark Co, AR and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Frank Bell's father was Samuel Owen Cloud and his mother was Martha Washington Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Charles Roberts and Lucy Townsend. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Charles Samuel, Robert Allen, John William, Stephen Richard, Edgar Wesley, Clarissa E., Martha Washington and Lula. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 68 on July 13th, 1941 in Albany, Shackelford Co, TX.General Notes
