Richard Carter 
Richard was born on January 28th, 1905 in Green County, Kentucky.1 Richard's father was William S. Carter and his mother was Mattie Warren. His paternal grandparents were James F. Carter and Elizabeth; his maternal grandparents were Gabriel and Arminta Boles. He had a sister named Nevada. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 27 on January 28th, 1932.1 -
