John Carew 
John was born in 1494 in Haccomb, Devonshire, England. John's father was John Carew and his mother was Katherine La Zouche. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas Carew and Margaret de Dinham. He had two brothers and four sisters, named Francis, Thomas, Elizabeth, Joan, Henry and Jane. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 35 on May 31st, 1529 in Pavia, Devonshire, England.-
