Robert Ernest was born on May 29th, 1871 in AR.1 Robert Ernest's father was William CLEMENT and his mother was Etheldra THOMPSON. His paternal grandparents were William Wesley CLEMENT and Elizabeth SKAGGS. He had four brothers and two sisters, and also two siblings of unknown gender, named Thomas Levi, William Marian, Richard Riley, Charlie Monroe, Mary Ellen, Lillie Virena, Unnamed Infant and Unnamed Infant. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 70 on August 19th, 1941. He was buried in Prairie View Cemetery, Macomb, Pottawatomie Co OK.General Notes

He is listed in the Pottawatomie Co. OK Marriage Book 2A on his application for a marriage license to Sarah E. Dunham as a resident of Shawnee. He listed his color as Indian.
Witnesses to the marriage performed by Elder, W. D. Ward, were William Clement and J. R. Dunham.

OK Census, p. 9B, living in the ColbertTownship. Living nearby is Sarah's mother, Nauvice Dunham, age 68, living in the household of Lemuel Grisham and his wife Maudie. Maudie is Sarah's sister. Robert and Sarah's eldest child, Arville Clement is also listed in the household of Lemuel Grisham.
Robert and Sarah are both buried in Prairie View Cemetery, Macomb, PottawatomieCo. OK.
