Cecil CLEMENT 
Cecil was born on November 11th, 1917 in Garvin Co. OK.1 Cecil's father was Richard Riley CLEMENT and his mother was Lula HARGIS. His paternal grandparents were William CLEMENT and Etheldra THOMPSON. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Lee Andrew, Eather "Johnny", Lilly and Francis. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 61 on May 7th, 1979 in Garvin Co. OK. He was buried in Oaklawn Cemetery, Wynnewood, Garvin Co. OK.-
