William Lewis Butler Jr. 
William Lewis was born on July 29th, 1918 in Johnston Co, OK and his baptism took place in Census 1930. William Lewis' father was William Lewis Butler and his mother was Sophie Ledford. His paternal grandparents were Henry Lee Butler and Nancy Jane Simmons. He had two brothers named Henry Z. and Leonard Haskell. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 84 on January 3rd, 2003.General Notes
