Richard Berkeley 
Richard was born in 1654 in Stoke Gifford, Gloucestershire, England. Richard's father was Maurice Berkeley and his mother was Mary Tippinge (dau of Sir George Tipping of Oxfordshire). His paternal grandparents were Richard Berkeley and Mary Rowe (dau of Robert Roe by Elizabeth Jermy). He was an only child. He died at the age of 17 in January 1671.-
