Mary (=Meriel) was born in 1574 in Coughton, Warwickshire, England. Mary (=Meriel)'s father was Thomas THROCKMORTON and her mother was Mary Whorwood (dau of William Whorwood, Attorney General). Her paternal grandparents were Robert THROCKMORTON and Muriel Berkeley. She was an only child. She died at the age of 34 in 1608.-
