Phillip Leo BUCKLES 
Phillip Leo was born on April 24th, 1887 in Pawnee, Sangamon Co., Illinois.1 Phillip Leo's father was James Francis BUCKLES and his mother was Julia Ann SKEES. His paternal grandparents were Alfred BUCKLES and Susan Elizabeth BOARMAN. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Alfred Edward, Francis Ralph, Anna Philomenia, Mary Maude, Bertha Irene, Susan Beatrice and Margaret Ellen. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 57 on August 20th, 1944 in Taylorville, Christian Co., Illinois. He was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Taylorville, Illinois.1 2 -
