Alfred Edward BUCKLES 
Alfred Edward was born on February 28th, 1882 in Hardin Co., Kentucky.1 Alfred Edward's father was James Francis BUCKLES and his mother was Julia Ann SKEES. His paternal grandparents were Alfred BUCKLES and Susan Elizabeth BOARMAN. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Phillip Leo, Francis Ralph, Anna Philomenia, Mary Maude, Bertha Irene, Susan Beatrice and Margaret Ellen. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 80 on December 30th, 1962 in Springfield, Sangamon Co., Illinois. He was buried in Pawnee Calvary Cemetery.1 1 -
