Edward BROWNING 
Edward was born in 1829 in Kentucky. Edward's father was John Samuel BROWNING Sr. and his mother was Beulah "Betsy" (Betsy) REEVES. His paternal grandparents were Edmund Woodville BROWNING and ???? (Mrs. Edmund Woodville) BROWNING. He had two brothers and nine sisters, named John S., Thompson, Caroline B., Mary, Nancy, Eliza, Amanda, Ann J., Sarah C., Emma and Cordelia. He was the oldest of the twelve children.-
