Frederick W. was born on January 20th, 1862.1 Frederick W.'s father was William Martin BLUE and his mother was Clarissa Elizabeth CHAMBERS. His paternal grandparents were John Salter BLUE and Mary MARTIN. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Charles McDonald, William M., John Milton, Dora, Evaline Mae and Lilly. He was the third youngest of the seven children.-
