William Martin BLUE 
William Martin was born on November 8th, 1830 in Knox Co., Illinois.1 William Martin's father was John Salter BLUE and his mother was Mary MARTIN. His paternal grandparents were David BLUE and Phoebe WALLINGFORD. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Perry Lewis, John L., Andrew Jackson, Milton, Alvina, Clara and Sarah. He was the oldest of the eight children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Absalom A., Bailey Regan and Cynthia Ann. He died at the age of 34 on October 11th, 1865 in Mills Co., Iowa.1 -
