Bluford Allen 
Bluford was born on April 10th, 1874.1 Bluford's father was Isaac Milton Allen and his mother was Nancy Katherine Dye. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Allen and Nancy Harris; his maternal grandparents were Fauntleroy R. Dye and Jiney Durham. He had six brothers and four sisters, named William, James, George, John, Douglas, Joseph, Maria, Alice, Sally and Jane.-
