Bettie was born on November 2nd, 1872 in Lamar Co. TX. Bettie's father was Charles M. ANDERSON and her mother was Lydia CLEMENT. Her maternal grandparents were William Wesley CLEMENT and Elizabeth SKAGGS. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Sam, Henry, Charles, Jake, Louis, Ada, Sadie, Sophie and Maggie D.. She was the third oldest of the ten children. She died at the age of 84 on June 30th, 1957 in Lamar Co. TX. She was buried in Shady Grove Cemetery, Lamar Co. TX.General Notes
