Ada was born in 1200 in Huntingdon, Huntingdonshire, England. Ada's father was David de Huntingdon and her mother was Maud de Chester. Her paternal grandparents were Henry de Huntingdon and Ada de Warenne; her maternal grandparents were Hugh de Kevelioc and Bertrade de Montfort. She was an only child. She died at the age of 70 in 1270.-
