Emily Overbey 
Emily was born on December 24th, 1833 in Tennessee. Emily's father was Daniel Overbey Jr and her mother was Sarah Frances Parker. Her paternal grandparents were Daniel Overbey and Emily Tyler; her maternal grandparents were Elisha Parker and Rebecca Turman. She had six brothers and a sister, named Garrett Turman, Wilson, Alexander, James Knox Polk, Cave Johnson, William H. and Mary. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 73 on March 1st, 1907 in Hickman Co., Tennessee. She was buried in Old Martin School Cemetery, (Hickman Co.), Tennessee.General Notes
She was known as Milly. 1860 Hickman Co., TN census lists her as age26 living with parents.
