Absalom Knox 
Absalom was born after 1740.1 Absalom's father was John Knox and his mother was Jean Gracey. His maternal grandparents were John O'Gracey and Jean Sinclair. He had six brothers and a sister, named William, John , Jr., Joseph, Samuel , Sr., James, Benjamin and Mary. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
