Caleb Jobe SR. 
Caleb was born on May 26th, 1704 in Pennsylvania. Caleb's father was Andrew Jobe Jr and his mother was Elizabeth Vernon. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Jobe Sr. and Elizabeth (Unknown); his maternal grandparents were Thomas Vernon and Elizabeth Maxwell. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin, Jacob, Thomas Vernon, Enoch, Abraham, Archibald, Joshua, Mary, Hannah, Patience and Margaret. He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 46 on June 4th, 1750 in Augusta Co., Pennsylvania.-
