Orrie Addison was born on November 14th, 1891 in Scottsdale, Pennsylvania. Orrie Addison's father was George Cunningham Hepler and his mother was Martha Jane Morrow. His paternal grandparents were Henry Stauffer Hepler and Mary Rhodes. He had a brother and a sister, named Arthur Wendell and Dica Elda. He was the second oldest of the three children.General Notes
