Jay Bennet was born on October 12th. Jay Bennet's father was Charles Edward Hepler and his mother was Edna Pearl Sherbondy. His paternal grandparents were Jacob C. Hepler and Mary Elmeda Reynolds; his maternal grandparents were David Sherbondy and Osha Reynolds. He had two brothers and a sister, named Charles Floyd, John William and Viola Jane. He was the oldest of the four children. He died in October 1955.-
