Otto Goins 
Otto was born in November 1892 in Hickman Co., Tennessee. Otto's father was Theodore Goins and his mother was Susan Tyler. His paternal grandparents were John Gilford Goins and Angeline Tony Parker. He had three brothers and two sisters, named John A., George C., Fletch, Emma and Angeline. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died in Hickman Co., Tennessee.-
