Lester B. was born on August 1st, 1919 in Hickman Co., Tennessee. Lester B.'s father was Isaac Chambers Goins and his mother was Anna Belle Jenkins. His paternal grandparents were John Gilford Goins and Angeline Tony Parker; his maternal grandparents were James Francis (Jim) Jenkins and Julia Frances Martin. He had two brothers and two sisters, named James Howard, (Unknown), Gertie May and Mary Alma Frances. He had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named (Unknown), John Lewis Allen, Howard, Lester, Elizabeth Jane (Janie), Alma and Living. He died at the age of 73 on January 24th, 1993 in Hickman Co., Tennessee.-
