Rebecca Applegate 
Rebecca was born on January 15th, 1784 in Forward Twp., (Allegheny Co.), Pennsylvania. Rebecca's father was William Applegate and her mother was Sarah Catherine Wiggins. Her paternal grandparents were Benjamin Applegate and Elizabeth Parent. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Robert, William, Isiah, Ruth, Catherine, Jemima, Alice and Elizabeth. She died at the age of 87 on August 15th, 1871 in Ripley, (Brown Co.), Ohio. She was buried in Pisgah Church, Brown, Ohio.-
