Ada's father was Steven Adelman and her mother was Lena Lorenz. Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Adelman and Margaret Balmain; her maternal grandparents were Mattis Lorenz and Katherine Bruner. She had a brother and two sisters, named Jake, Katherine Lea and Miriam.General Notes
Ada and Andrew lived for 16 years in Fort Worth. She was a graciousand genteel lady, particularly noted for the special treats she sharedwith loved ones from time to time, such as delicately tatted ornamentsand baked-from-scratch Kugan, a German coffee cake based on an oldfamily recipe.
