North Fairfield

Mrs. Bertha A. Baker, 77, 7 West Elm St., Norwalk, died Friday night at Moravian Villa Extended Care Facility, Milan, follwing an extended illness.
A native of North Fairfield, she had spent most of her life there except for several years in Norwalk. Survivors include a son, Don, North Fairfield; five grandchildren; two brothers, leon Burras, Tiffin, and Clarence Burras, Norwalk.
She was preceded in death by her husbank, Marion, in 1959; a son, Lloyd, in 1971; a brother, George, and a sister, Ella. Friends and relatives may call from to 4 and 7 to 9 pm Sunday at the Kubach Smith Funeral Home, Forth Fairfield where services are to be held 2pm Monday. The Reverand's marvin Orewiler and P.J. Garcia are to officiate. Burial is in North Fairfield Cemetery.
