Adolph Yerke 
Adolph was born on May 30th, 1893 in Lansing, Ingham Co, Michigan.1 Adolph's father was William Yerke and his mother was Maria Hoppe. His maternal grandparents were Ludwig Hoppe and Wilhelmine Maussau. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Herman Friedrich Wilhelm, Harry, Carl Ludwig, Johann Emil, Emil Benjamin, Martha and Bertha. He was the youngest of the eight children.1 -
