Susannah was born in Providence, Rhode Island.1 Susannah's father was Valentine Wightman and her mother was Mary Unknown. Her paternal grandfather was John Wightman. She had a brother and seven sisters, named Valentine, Mary, Elizabeth, Alice, Deborah, Esther, Grace and Hannah. She died about 1725 in Cumberland, Providence Co., Rhode Island.1 General Notes
