Flora Welch 
Flora was born in 1871.1 Flora's father was William Welch and her mother was Martha E. Garrard. Her paternal grandparents were Richard Welch and Elizabeth Leach. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Emmerson, Everett, Louisella and Minnie. She was the second oldest of the five children.1 -
