Johann Nicholas was born in 1762.  Johann Nicholas' father was George J. Weaver and his mother was Anna Elisabeth Dubois.  His paternal grandparents were Jacob Weaver and Maria Elizabeth Unknown. He had four brothers and a sister, named George G., John G., Frederick G., George Michael and Elizabeth.  He was the second youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 76 in 1838.
