1 Samuel's father was Joseph Christian Vought and his mother was Judith Conklin. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Christian Vought and Christina Rhineheart. He had five brothers and two sisters, named John Christian, Jesse, Richard Samuel, Hiram, James Christian, Unknown and Abbie Jane.1 -
