Mildred Vickers 
Mildred was born on December 6th, 1841.1 Mildred's father was Absalom Vickers and her mother was Elizabeth Welch. Her maternal grandparents were Osias Welch and Elizabeth Rowland. She had a brother and six sisters, named John William, Laura, Adeline, Florence, Antoinette (Nettie), Sarah Elizabeth and Mary Ellen. She was the second oldest of the eight children.1 -
