Claudius Buchanan Van Buren

Claudius Buchanan was born on October 6th, 1815.¹ Claudius Buchanan's father was Peter Van Buren and his mother was Abigail Mudge. His maternal grandparents were Jarvis Mudge and Prudence Treat. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Jarvis, Ephraim L, Alexander L, Jacob, James Saurin, Catalina, Catalina, Rebecca and Mary Fisher. He was the fourth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 13 on December 9th, 1828.¹
