Thomas was born on July 25th, 1645 in Chichester, Sussex, England.1   Thomas' father was Thomas Skinner and his mother was Mary Gooden. He had two brothers named John and Abraham.  He was the oldest of the three children.  He died at the age of 76 on March 26th, 1722 in PROB Colchester, Connecticut.1
